Embody your true nature

What would change if you created enough space to listen inward?

Coming back to the body - and to the quieter knowing that was always there. Embodied practice for women.

Embodied Coaching and Practices ZÜRICH Online

Today's world keeps us turned toward the outside. We've stopped noticing the inside. Underneath, there's a quieter kind of knowing. It's the gut feeling you talked yourself out of, the breath you didn't notice you were holding. Most of the work is turning the questions inward and making room to listen again.

About

Hi, I'm Carla.

Embodiment Coach & Bodyworker

What moves people? What keeps them stuck? What lets them change? I have always wanted to know. For over ten years I asked the questions in business consulting, working with people and organisations through change.

One day my body and mind said enough.

The questions turned toward me, and I couldn't answer them the way I was used to. What helped wasn't more thinking or another plan. It was slowing down, creating space in the body and mind, and staying there long enough that things began to shift - how I live, how I decide, what I trust.

I came to this work through my own need for it. I started training in yoga, meditation and bodywork, learned in the places these practices come from. The deepest lessons came while receiving, not giving: feeling in my own body how much we hold without knowing it, and how much can move when there's finally room.

The body and the mind don't take turns. What shifted in me took time, and it needed both. So I trained in embodied coaching. What I offer now is built the same way: space, questions turned inward, and enough time for something to move. It's slower and simpler than most people expect, and that's usually why it holds.

What I draw on goes beyond any course or training. It comes from my own experience, from time in nature, from the traditions this work grew out of, and from the people I met along the way in India, Nepal and elsewhere. It's an ongoing journey, and I'd be glad to share some of it with you.

A journey walked together

Embodied coaching works with the body as well as the mind. We talk, and we also use breath, movement and sensation to reach a question from another side, because the body often gets there before words do.

Three months onwe look back & forward

One-to-one over three months, shaped with you.

  • Before any of it, a call - thirty minutes, online or by phone, where you tell me what’s going on and I tell you how I work, and we both decide whether it fits. There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to sign.
  • It begins with The Arrival, a longer first session where we name what you’re carrying, what you want from these months, and decide how often we meet and in which thread.
  • Ten sessions follow, online or in person - each one moves between conversation and the body: breath, sensation, stillness, and what surfaces there.
  • The plan stays open - we look at it again as the weeks go on, and small practices travel home with you between sessions.

A return through touch

Bodywork is a way of listening to the body with hands instead of words. Slow, attentive touch that follows what it finds rather than deciding in advance. These are standalone sessions - come once, or return in your own rhythm.

Full Bodywork 90 min A full-body treatment that brings together techniques from thai massage, yoga therapy, intuitive touch and principles from osteopathy. It works on the physical, energetic and emotional levels at once, through acupressure and energy line work, passive stretches, joint mobilisation, fascia work and grounding touch. People often come with: chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, burnout, fatigue, a nervous system that won’t settle, feeling disconnected from the body.
Chi Nei Tsang 90 min Our belly, often called the second brain, is where we unconsciously store emotional residue, stress and energetic stagnation. Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional Taoist abdominal massage that works directly with the internal organs, the energy channels and the deep layers of the core. Using soft, precise and intentional touch, the session supports digestion, emotional processing and energetic balance. People often come with: digestive trouble, bloating, tension held in the gut, a difficult or irregular cycle, wanting more connection to the core.

A moment of stillness

Yoga here means more than the postures. The tradition behind it is mostly about attention, about breath, and about the idea that nothing in you is missing. What we practise together is yin. Book a single class, or a small series in your own rhythm.

Yin Yoga 90 min · one-to-one Traditional yin postures blended with principles from Chinese medicine, fascia release and breathwork. Postures are held for three to five minutes to reach the deeper layers of the body, shaped around where your body guards and where it is ready to let go on the day. Each session is carried by meditation and by the quieter yogic principles of stillness, patience and non-striving.

The human part

Work is changing faster than people can absorb, and the more AI takes over the thinking, the more everything rests on the part that is only human. Staying steady when the ground keeps moving. Knowing your own reactions well enough to choose them. Rooms where people say what they see. It is trained in the body and the mind together, not from a screen or a slide.

For leaders one to one, or a small group One-to-one coaching and sparring for people who carry a room, working on presence under pressure, honest self-reading, and decisions that hold. A single session, a workshop with your leadership circle, or a rhythm set around your calendar.
For teams for the group Workshops, single sessions and short series, from ninety minutes to a full day. Practice rather than discussion, working with body and mind together, so that what shifts in the room is still there under pressure.

We shape the format and content together, around your organisation, team and the moment it’s in.

I have tried massage, spa, acupuncture and meditating, but nothing has gotten me to feel as in tune with my body as our session. You made me feel very at ease, as if you were a fairy hovering overhead and healing me.

Carla has the wonderful gift of meeting you and your body exactly where you are - with care, softness, and intention. After the bodywork session, I felt physically lighter and experienced a deep calm inside of me.

Her belly massage is both deeply comforting and beautifully intimate - a rare experience that connects body and soul. I left feeling nurtured and grounded.

Underneath

The work of returning to yourself
is not new. It is ancient.
And it has never been more needed.

What draws me to this work is its simplicity. Nothing to optimise, nothing to add. It rests on traditions that spent centuries studying how body, breath and mind work together. What they found still holds. What's changed is how far most of us now live from it, and how unfamiliar it's become to turn our attention inward and simply stay.

What the body says before you do

Tension usually arrives with an opinion. A short practice for reading it early, before it hardens into a mood you have to live in all day.
